Sather Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates satherlabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
1. What we collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, website URL (if provided), and any message you write. This information is delivered to us via email and is not stored in a database.
Website content (redesign requests)
When you request a redesign, our system crawls the public pages of your existing website — the same content any visitor would see. We use this to understand your business and build your redesign preview.
Server and access logs
Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon CloudFront) generates standard access logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not linked to personal identities.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not use analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording).
- We do not collect payment card details directly — billing is handled by Stripe (see Section 4).
3. How we use your information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
4. Who we share your information with
We share data with the following service providers, only to the extent necessary to operate the service:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Our infrastructure runs on AWS. This includes CloudFront (serving pages to your browser), S3 (file storage), Lambda (processing), and SES (email delivery). Contact form submissions pass through AWS SES before reaching us. AWS’s privacy policy is at aws.amazon.com/privacy.
Anthropic We use Anthropic’s Claude API to analyze crawled website content and generate redesign copy and structure. Content from your existing public website is sent to Anthropic’s API as part of this process. Anthropic’s privacy policy is at anthropic.com/privacy.
Stripe (when billing is active) If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not share your information with any other third parties.
5. Data retention
- Contact form submissions — retained in email for as long as necessary to manage your project, then deleted.
- Crawled website content — stored in S3 for up to 90 days after your redesign is generated, then deleted.
- Server logs — retained for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Billing records — retained by Stripe per their legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request at any time:
- Access — a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion — deletion of your information from our systems.
To exercise any of these rights, email hayden@satherlabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children’s privacy
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
